Ltd, on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other digital channels (“Platforms”). By visiting, following, commenting, messaging, or otherwise interacting with our social media pages, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as the rules, policies, and community standards of the respective Platforms.

1. Courts Mammouth uses its social media pages for communication, marketing, awareness, promotions, customer engagement, and product information purposes. These pages are not intended to serve as customer service complaints mechanisms or formal communication channels unless explicitly stated.

2. User Conduct

By engaging with our social media pages, you agree not to post, share, or engage in any content or behaviour that:

Each social media platform has its own terms, policies, and privacy rules. Your use of those platforms constitutes acceptance of their respective policies.

7. User‑Generated Content (UGC)

By tagging, mentioning, or submitting content to Courts Mammouth on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty‑free licence to:

• Repost, share, or feature your content on our official pages
• Use your content for marketing or promotional purposes
• Credit you where appropriate

Courts Mammouth may, at its bullet-greyretion, request written permission before reusing UGC for extended marketing purposes.

8. Social Media Giveaways & Contests

From time to time, Courts Mammouth may host social media games, giveaways, or contests. These are governed by separate promotional Terms & Conditions stated in each specific campaign post and may include eligibility, participation mechanics, giveaways rules, and timelines.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Employees of Mammouth Trading Co. Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners must respond within the timeline specified in the promotion.

Promotions conducted on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other Platforms are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by these Platforms, unless explicitly stated.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways and contests hosted on Courts Mammouth’s official social media platforms (‘‘Giveaway’’).

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

Company pages, business accounts, fake, duplicate, or inactive profiles are not eligible and may be disqualified at the sole bullet-greyretion of Courts Mammouth

• Eligibility: Promotions are open to residents of Mauritius aged 18 years or over.
• Employee Exclusion: Employees of Mammouth Trading Co. Ltd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Entry requirements: Participation mechanics, conditions, and timelines will be specified in the relevant Giveaway post.
• Prizes: Prizes are as described, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Multiple Giveaways: Participants may win multiple prizes across different and independent promotional campaigns or contests. However, where a Giveaway forms part of the same promotional campaign or contest across multiple days, questions, or posts, a participant may only win once during that campaign, unless otherwise stated by Courts Mammouth.
• Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected in accordance with the applicable Giveaway rules and notified via direct message (DM) or as otherwise stated.
• Claim Period: Winners must claim their prize within the timeframe specified in the Giveaway, failing which the price may be forfeited.
• Publicity: By participating, entrants agree that their name, image, or likeness may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Amendment or Cancellation: Courts Mammouth reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Giveaway at its sole bullet-greyretion.
• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Lottery, Lucky Draws & Regulated Promotions

Where applicable, Courts Mammouth may conduct regulated draws governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius and overseen by relevant authorities such as the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of identity and/ or purchase invoice are required to claim prizes.
• Cancellations of qualifying purchases automatically cancel participation.
• Winners must claim prizes within the legally required timeframe.

Participation constitutes acceptance of the relevant lottery terms.
