- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage digital campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Oversee content strategy, performance marketing, and online brand presence
- Analyze data and KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI) to optimize campaign performance
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing efforts
- Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online campaign strategies
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and online presence
- Ability to create engaging content including posts, captions, and marketing materials
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with designers and the creative team to deliver content
- Track performance using tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics
- Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of marketing strategies, brand promotion, and campaign planning
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns promotions and events
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Support content creation and coordination with creative teams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Proven experience leading creative teams, with strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of visual concepts, campaign development, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while guiding and supporting the creative team in execution
- Creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and campaign work
- Knowledge of AI tools for design, content creation, and workflow optimization is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or 4–5 years’ experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for storytelling, composition, and visual quality.
- Experienced in using videography equipment such as cameras, tripods, and lighting setups
- Warm, friendly, organised, and approachable personality
- Familiarity with AI tools for video editing, content enhancement, and production workflows is a plus
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent with 2–4 years’ experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook mainly.
- Perform data entry and record keeping
- Support daily administrative tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Upload new products on the website
- Edit, proofread and improve the content of product specifications before uploading on website
- Review content of existing products
- Ensure conformity/ standard in product description and specifications while uploading on the website
- Create all artwork for in house and ad bulletin bundle offers for the website
- Upload new banner, catalogues & do product tagging for every new campaign
- Follow-up on bundle offers – remove offers at the end of campaign
- Work with internal and external collaborators & departments to deliver content assets
- Search for pictures and product specifications on the internet and go in stores to check product details on display as well as on gift boxes
- Use graphic design tool for picture editing & resizing
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by management
Educational Background & Experience:
- Higher School Certificate
- Previous administrative or clerical experience in E-Commerce marketplace is advantageous
